Refund policy

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase items online in their capacity as consumersPropertycareplus BV .

The Belgian law on commercial practices, information and consumer protection allows the buyer to inform the seller within 14 days of receiving the product that he/she is canceling the purchase.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.";

The Customer can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but is not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication regarding his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The Customer must return the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he made his decision to withdraw from the agreement. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.

If the returned product has been reduced in value in any way, keep it Propertycareplus BV reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim damages for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from use of the goods by the Customer that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the determine goods.

Only items that are in the original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase, can be returned.

If the Customer revokes the agreement, Propertycareplus BV all payments received from the Customer up to that time, including the cost of standard delivery costs, will be refunded to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Propertycareplus BV has been informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the agreement.
