Bee Propertycareplus BV we want to ensure that relationships with our customers run as smoothly as possible. We appreciate the trust you place in us Propertycareplus BV takes your rights very seriously. With the sales conditions below we want to give you a clear overview of your rights, and sometimes also obligations. If something is not clear, we would appreciate it if you let us know.

Article 1 - Definitions

1.1. 'General Terms and Conditions of Sale' means: the following provisions.

1.2. Below 'Propertycareplus BV is understood: Propertycareplus BV , being the user of these conditions.

1.3. 'Offer' is understood to mean: any offer from Propertycareplus BV to enter into an agreement with her.

1.4. 'Order' is understood to mean: any acceptance of an offer from Propertycareplus BV .

1.5. 'Agreement' is understood to mean: any acceptance by Propertycareplus BV of an order.

1.6. 'Goods' are understood to mean: all material objects on which agreements between the buyer andPropertycareplus BV relate.

1.7. 'Delivery' is understood to mean: the delivery by or on behalf of Propertycareplus BV actually making items available to the buyer.

 

Article 2 - Applicability

 

2.1. The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all offers, orders and agreements, unless Propertycareplus BV expressly deviates from this in its offers.

2.2. By ordering, you accept the applicability of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable at that time.

 

Article 3 - Offers, orders and agreements

 

Offers

3.1. All offers from Propertycareplus BV are without obligation and can be revoked.

3.2. The term of all offers applies: while stocks last, or the term as stated on the website.

3.3. After the term of an offer has expired, you can no longer take advantage of the relevant offer.

 

Orders

3.4. You can order in the manner described on the website.

3.5. Propertycareplus BV does not accept orders:

- from persons under the age of 18;

- if Propertycareplus BV cannot determine the specified address details as correct.

3.6. Propertycareplus BV is also entitled to refuse orders on other grounds or to attach special conditions to the agreement.

3.7. If an order is not accepted, or if Propertycareplus BV wishes to attach special conditions to the agreement Propertycareplus BV this at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the order.

 

Agreement

3.9. An agreement is only concluded after your order has been placed Propertycareplus BV confirmed by email.

 

Article 4 - Prices and costs

 

4.1. The prices stated on the website for the goods offered at the time of ordering apply.

4.2. Prices are in Euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing.

4.3. Propertycareplus BV reserves the right to change the prices of the goods, in particular if a legal price-determining factor gives reason to do so.

 

4.4. Shipping of the order via this route is always the responsibility of the customer. All damage, theft, loss, strikes, and others cannot be recovered from Propertycareplus BV .

 

Article 5 - Payment

 

5.1. You can pay the purchase price of the goods you ordered, plus additional costs, in various ways. Propertycareplus BV however, reserves the right to exclude certain payment options.

 

Credit card

5.2. If you choose to pay by credit card, you indicate Propertycareplus BV the right, prior to processing your order, to check whether your credit card is valid and whether there is sufficient spending capacity to debit the purchase amount and to reserve this amount for purchase.

5.3. Payment by credit card is made immediately after the goods you ordered are shipped to you from our warehouse. Propertycareplus BV at that time, the amount due will be debited from your credit card - of course via a secure procedure.

 

Article 6 - Delivery

 

6.1. Propertycareplus BV delivers the purchased products as quickly as possible - and no later than within 14 days - to the address specified by you when ordering, while supplies last. All goods are usually available from stock. However, an item may be temporarily out of stock. In the event that an accepted order cannot be delivered in whole or in part or delivery is delayed, Propertycareplus BV will inform you within 14 days after your order has been placed. Propertycareplus BV in that case has the right to terminate the agreement.

6.2. If a delivery period is specified, this is purely indicative. Failure to respect the delivery time cannot give rise to any compensation on our behalf as the delivery times are given for information purposes only and without any obligation.

 

Article 7 - Ownership of goods

 

7.1. Propertycareplus BV retains ownership of the goods delivered to you until you have received everything Propertycareplus BV owed has been paid.

 

Article 8 - Return shipment

 

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase items online in their capacity as consumers Propertycareplus BV .

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.";

The Customer must return the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he informed the Company of his decision to withdraw from the agreement. The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired. The Customer pays for the return shipping.

Article 9 - Incorrect delivery

9.1. You are obliged to inspect the delivered goods upon receipt. If the delivered goods are not in accordance with the agreement (delivered incorrectly or insufficiently, and/or with an error or damage), you must report this in writing immediately after delivery of the goods to Propertycareplus BV. You must then return any incorrectly delivered or damaged goods to us immediately upon receipt, stating the defect.

 

Article 10 - Miscellaneous

10.1. If one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Propertycareplus BV should conflict with any applicable legal provision, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a by Propertycareplus BV to establish a new legally permissible comparable provision.

10.2. Propertycareplus BV reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions.

10.3. The terms and conditions that were published on the website at the time the agreement was concluded will apply to the agreement.

10.4. The parties accept electronic evidence (email - backup).

 

Article 11 Warranty

Under the Act of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, consumers have legal rights. This legal warranty applies from the date of purchase by (if applicable, delivery to) the first owner. Any commercial guarantee does not affect these rights.

To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to provide proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.

For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer's home, the Customer must contact the Customer in advance Propertycareplus BV customer service, after which the Customer must return the item at his expense to Propertycareplus BV.

The seller's warranty service will then contact the supplier of the products, who will make a decision whether a defect is covered by the warranty. If this is not the case, the products will remain the property of the buyer and must be collected from the store.

If a defect is discovered, the Customer must: Propertycareplus BV inform as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within 2 months of its discovery. Afterwards, any right to repair or replacement expires.

The (commercial and/or legal) warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the item contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to comply with the user instructions or manual, adjustments or changes to the item, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.

It also does not apply to articles with a shorter lifespan or wear and tear articles.

The warranty is not transferable
