At My Wood Build Kit, we strive to deliver your timber construction kit safely and efficiently. Below you will find the key information about our shipping process:

Shipping Costs:

  • Belgium: €390 (excl. VAT)
  • Netherlands: €390 (excl. VAT)
  • Luxembourg: €390 (excl. VAT)
  • France: on request
  • Germany: on request

Delivery Process:

  • Our deliveries are made with trucks equipped with a tail lift to place your package directly at the desired location, if possible.
  • The transport company will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery time.
  • Ensure good accessibility and enough maneuvering space for the tail lift.
  • For smaller orders, we use a parcel service, and for larger deliveries, a freight company.

Important:

  • Be reachable by phone on the day of delivery for the driver.
  • Notify us in advance if the delivery address is in a “zero emission zone.”
  • Contact our customer service for specific questions or preparations.
